Refund Policy
7 days. No questions. Download the whole pack, open the plans, build something. If it is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, no friction.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@metalworkingpack.shop from the address you used to buy, with the word refund in the subject line. You do not need to give a reason. We do not ask you to fill in a form or talk to anyone first.
What happens next
- We confirm your request within 1 business day.
- The refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 3–10 days to appear on your statement.
- Your access to the files ends when the refund is issued.
The limits
The window is 7 calendar days from the moment of purchase. After that we cannot refund, because the product has been fully delivered and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to decline repeat refunds from the same person or payment method where there is clear evidence of abuse.
Statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once download begins and you have agreed to immediate delivery. Our 7-day no-questions policy is offered on top of your statutory rights and does not replace them.
Something went wrong instead?
If the download failed, a file will not open, or you never received your email, write to us before asking for a refund — most of the time we can fix it in minutes and you keep the pack.
