By buying or downloading The Ultimate Metalworking Pack you agree to these terms. They are written plainly on purpose. The seller is [LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS].

What you are buying

A digital product: a collection of metalworking and welding project plans delivered as PDF files, plus the bonuses listed on the sales page. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access is delivered by email immediately after payment clears.

Your licence

Your purchase gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or repackage the plan files themselves, whether free or paid. The licence covers what you build, not the files.

Accuracy and your own judgement

The plans are provided as reference drawings. Materials, steel grades and local building or safety codes vary. You are responsible for verifying that any build is safe, structurally adequate and legal where you are, especially for anything load-bearing, road-going or used by other people. Welding and metal fabrication carry real risk of injury: use proper protective equipment and follow the safety practices for your equipment.

No income promise

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of earnings. Results depend entirely on your own skill, effort, equipment and market. Any figures mentioned are illustrative, not typical or promised.

Access and updates

Your access is for life and includes free updates as new plans are added. If a hosting provider changes, we will email you the new download location.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to this product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, wasted materials or damage arising from a build.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
